It started off great as the front desk person was stellar, friendly and professional and then it went "south" from there. He queued into the fact that I was exhausted from a 10-hour plus drive from Denver on a road trip back to CA and that I just needed a place to "rest my head" for the night = I needed a really good night sleep for another 8 hour drive back to CA the next day. 3 HUGE issues [which I had "0" time to share the next day before I left, hence "road trip | moving back to CA", they were: (1) fan drying the floor in the 10th floor hallway, loud peripheral noise, called about and was transferred four times even to "security"!@!%$^$%$& - what! and eventually just unplugged it myself so that I could "sleep", (2) fan in the room loud, loud, loud buzzing eventually turned it off because (a) didn't want to get caught in a "spiral of transferring" yet again to get it fixed and needed to once again get some "sleep"; and (3) amenities include lotion for the bathroom, yes???, I could be mistaken but even Motel 6 provides a simple amenity so that your legs are not ashy walking down the strip - eww!!! I read the reviews before making this simple and easy reserve and yet - woop there it is!!! Never again will I stay here, the only "saving grace" was the staff guy checking in was so nice!!! TY for that, the rest of it.....hmmm!!!
