Great modern vibe and the lake view was as pictured. It snowed one of the nights and I flet like we were in a snow globe. Nice amenities with friendly staff and owner. Looks like the beach area is nice with 2 large shared bonfire pits. Highly recommend!! I will be back.

I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I loved the atmosphere and the history of the building, and my room was more than comfortable and accommodating. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

"For having 4.5 stars the hotel felt old and dirty but the safe was very nice!! When you are traveling for work you want a nice clean place to lay your head at night without a strange smell in your room. Really beyond disappointed and almost thought about checking out and going somewhere else."

"Beds were great. Breakfast was good. But bathroom had mold on the walls and sprinkler. Shower pressure was a trickle, the furniture was full of rips. Rooms were fairly clean for the most part. Staff were friendly. Just some issues with the room. Pool and hot tub was closed."
