The staff were always friendly. I would suggest getting an upstairs room as there was concern of little critters on the bottom floor. But it was cleaned well. The location was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sofia Hotel! The hotel has so much charm and character, and the location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do in San Diego. One thing that really stood out to us was the housekeeping. Our room was refreshed and tidied up every single day, which is something you just don’t find very often anymore! It was such a nice feeling coming back after a long day to a clean, refreshed room and a neatly made bed. Those little touches really made our stay feel special. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and overall we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay at The Sofia again on another trip to San Diego!
