At check-in there was a problem with something where as even though I paid half upfront, they requested the full amount. As for house keeping, we were at the parks the whole first day and as we returned noticed that our room was never touched.

My stay was unfortunately very disappointing. There was excessive noise throughout the property, especially at night. Although the hotel states that smoking is not allowed, many guests were smoking cigarettes and marijuana, and nothing seemed to be done about it.
Parking was another major issue. There was never any available parking close to my room, so I had to park far away and walk a long distance every time.
To make matters worse, people were screaming in the middle of the night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the lack of enforcement of the rules, the parking situation, and the constant noise made for a very unpleasant experience.
