"Upon arrival, total chaos. Lots of yelling and complaining from about 15 costumers unhappy with the rooms’ allotments. It took a while to get rooms. Elevator broken. We had to carry suitcases up 3 floors, same yelling and disputes among some residents for space and line-ups, and between residents and management. Stale food. Some costumers handle food with bare hands then return it. The rooms are not in the best shape. Some residents leave clothing items on lawnchairs for the length of their stay...

"When we first arrived there was a receptionist who was i think a student. He didnt ask for pur ID cards, he didnt give us the form to fill, no hand tags. We asked him aboit breakfast time he didnt know, we asked the direction of our room he said go there and pointed straight. The hotel had no wifi which was a big big disappointment, breakfast was basic, dinner was food recycled of a day before especially the salads. We got also gastroenteritis from it. The milk was sour. The room was cleaned...
