“Pros: Wir waren zu einem spontanen Kurzurlaub in Bad Bergzabern und hatten eigentlich die Fewo gebucht. Als wir eincheckten, teilte man uns jedoch mit, dass die FeWo nicht beziehbar sei, weil die Heizung ausgefallen war. Dafür bekamen wir als Upgrade ein Deluxe Apartment im Haupthaus incl. reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet, weil uns ja die Küche fehlte. Die Mitarbeiter sowie die Chefin waren jederzeit äußerst freundlich und bemüht auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. So stellte man uns auf Nachfrage……

"The room facilities were too outdated. The outside temperature was below 10 degrees Celsius, and there was no heating in the room, the central air conditioning didn't provide any warmth, and the electric heater wasn't working either. The European-style breakfast was decent, and the hotel had ample parking."
