Enjoyable!
Nice, quiet apartment for a short stay. Somehow I missed the dog park 😕 Close to many different attractions, we made the Miamisburg Mound, Caesars Creek State Park and having The Greene right across the street was fabulous! I will definitely stay here again, thank you!

Incredibly Convenient
My husband and I stayed here with my dog for the weekend, and its location was outrageously convenient for wherever you intend to go while in town. The cleanliness of the apartment was beyond expectations, and had all of the necessary basics for a weekend visit. Plus, a huge advantage to this place for pet owners is that they allow pets! However, if you are a big pre-planner like I am, don’t stress when the manager doesn’t contact you until the day of check-in to tell you the details of checking in. I’m used to VRBO properties contacting me a week prior to give me the check-in information, so I panicked a bit when three days before my trip I hadn’t heard anything yet, but on the day of the trip, check-in ultimately went flawlessly. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again for another weekend trip.

Nice unit but lacking in all things
Place was nice, clean. But the unit was bare bones. Had to call and ask for another towel, Kleenex, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Wifi password was incorrect. We called several times to try and get it going and they continued to send the wrong information. We need to be working remotely while in town and we were unable to do that. We booked a unit that was different looking than what we got. We expected a queen bed which was in the listing but it was only a double. Would not have booked the unit if we knew we were getting this downgrade. The unit smelled terrible, like an entire pickle jar was spilled just before check in. Normally I like pickles but this smell was quite offensive. Our confirmation told us we were in 3240 but Google took us to 3248 - another building in the complex. No instructions on how to check in, very confusing when we got there. At checkout we were accosted by the property owner because we were walking out 11minutes past check out time. She was literally banging on the door yelling and being very aggressive. It was extremely uncomfortable and we will not be returning. The location is good if you are visiting Write State but renter beware!

Pleasant Stay
We were met at the property by the Owner and he personally oriented us to the Unit and showed us briefly how to use the Smart TV (which we weren't familiar with) We were a bit disappointed that Networks weren't accessible but there were plenty of other things to watch! The Unit seemed to be newly renovated and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen could have had a few more accessories to make cooking our own meals a little earier but we had asked that a blender be made available for us and it was on the counter when we walked in. The location of the property was perfect for us.

Airman visit
My husband and myself were able to enjoy our stay at this conveniently located apartment. We came to visit our son who is stationed at WPAFB. We were able to bring his dog to see him too. We enjoyed local restaurants near the apartment and watched a few movies on our accounts with the streaming service provided. We had everything we needed for a brief visit. It was an enjoyable stay. The communication was excellent with the host.
