"We stayed for three nights this weekend and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted right away. The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays. The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus. Overall, an excellent stay. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Zermatt Spa & Resort has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality has been over the top and beyond. Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. The mountain view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early mornings. And I have to say… my favorite place was the bathroom. They truly thought of everything!
