Good location, as its connected to the One Utama shopping mall with plenty of shopping and food options till 10pm. After a particularly heavy downpour, we returned to our room which had a huge puddle of water on the floor. We tried calling reception, but nobody picked up the phone. So we had to physically go down to reception and tell them we needed someone to have a look at why the rain had come into the room, even though our windows were sealed shut. It took more than 45min fir someone to come up, address the issue and send housekeeping to mop up the water. Room was clean, but the power cut out once and housekeeping didn't give us new towels after they had taken our used ones. Pool spa was pathetic, with barely much of a spa jet. Otherwise it was an ok stay. We definitely will not be staying here again.
