"A group of 16 of us traveled for a birthday and we chose Shangri La primarily for the epic views especially of the Burj Khalifa. It was a smooth checkin, staff/service was impeccable! Poolside was a vibe, we all had a spa day and the massage had me drooling, literally. I ended purchasing products I really liked after my facial. I overslept for my flight and booked the next one for the morning, the staff personally came to my door to wake me up so I wouldn’t miss my next one. In addition to a wake up call lol might I add. I would stay here again and again and again 10/10. I was the last of the birthday group to leave so and I felt safe and the staff took my well being seriously. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel is well located really easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are very clean and that standard was retained throughout the stay. Great bed extremely comfortable loved shower.
