“Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hadden de pool access suite op de begane grond. Een heel ruim vertrek en zeker met kinderen erg fijn. Ik vond wel dat het vertrek en met name de badkamers gerenoveerd zouden moeten worden. Daarbij hadden wij elke dag heel veel muggen binnen die via de badkamer (rooster) naar binnen kwamen. Daar had wel meer aan gedaan kunnen worden.”

“Very pleasant stay. Lovely people there! Just a few things could have been nice. The gas was not plugged in for the stow, there was a list of prices for the drinks in the fridge, but fridge was empty. And the last morning when we were leaving early for the airport, there was no running water. Beautiful nice spot not long from shops and restaurants and lovely guarded and helpful staff ☀️”

“This might be one of worst experiences I have had at a hotel ever. Staff barely speaks English, location is extremely off and inconvenient and very far from everything. A major problem is that online /app taxis are not allowed to pick you up here meaning everything has to go through the hotel and that took forever since it’s local taxi on a meter and has a minimum price no matter where you go. “Service was good but difficult with non english speaking staff. There is no airport shuttle, cleanliness is averge no plugs or dishwashing liquid or clean dish cloth or scourers or teatowl for drying dishes. Bathroom towels and mats were stained. The pool tiles needed scrubing and the street cleaned from garbage everywhere.”
