"I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "

"We loved our stay here. On arrival we got much needed foot massage. Apartment was very clean and had everything you could and washing machine. We booked and had our spa treatments in the appointment. Ariani was my therapist and I loved my foot spa treatment and Thai massage. I feel completely rejuvenated especially after Thai massage. All staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so special 😊"

"One of the worst hotels of my life I don’t know how to start with all that went wrong with this place. I just want to write this review in order to prevent/warn future guests from the situation I experienced. Internet wasn’t working, I had to ask 3 times in just two days in the reception and it still didn’t get fixed properly Old rooms: dirty tiles, stains in the walls, broken mirrors, broken shower, broken furniture… Dirty old towels even with a red lipstick stain that obviously they didn’t...

"We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening...

"Fantastic value. Easy access to all the excellent facilities in Ayana via the buggy (less the pools, which we didn’t need since we got a private one), and very responsive concierge service via the room phones and whatsapp. Great stay!!"
