Convenient location for shopping and services (haircut, mani/pedi, etc.). Concierge made me 3 personal care appointments in a matter of minutes! Thank you for a great visit! "

"The property was centrally located, close to restaurants and attractions. The building was very charming with many nice and thoughtful details. The room was spacy, and comfortable with large windows and lots of sunlight. Staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Excelsior was a beautifully renovated property with a lovely welcome and excellent service. "

"The location is great the waterfront and the shops are within walking distance (under 5 minutes) We had the serenity suite and it was spacious, modern, and really nice. The staff were extremely super helpful and always keen to help. The receptionist always greeted us on our return from excursions each day asking how it went and wishing us a good evening. The breakfast in bed was good. Whilst they can only deliver hot food after 8am, they gave us a box on days where we had to eat before that time to get to the excursion meeting point. Whilst some places are walkable (train station) with 35 degrees we took a cab which are easily available outside of the hotel (5 euros). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again. "
