“The property needs an uplift. Our room fridge was faulty and leaking, the bunk bed was making a creaking noise every time you turn around so it was difficult to sleep. Felt the room was too small for 4 people but we managed. The staff was really good and helpful so didn't even want to complain. The staff made it a very pleasant holiday for us. ”

“If you come to Aitutaki for the beautiful sea, this is the right place to go. Very nice location, fantastic view, great service! We don't want to leave, there is everything you want. Shower under blue sky is a whole new experience to us. Very special. Definitely want to come back again!”

“The staff at Moana Sands were absolutely amazing, particularly the ladies on the front desk. There was one who was especially wonderful and gave my friend and I lots of ideas and information about places to visit and what to do (she was the one who told us about the fantastic lemon cheesecake at the Maire Nui gardens!). The property was spotless, beautifully quiet, had gorgeous views and extremely spacious rooms. The only draw-back was there weren't dinner options from the restaurant every night……

“Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.”
