“On our trip to Vermont we wanted a comfortable place to stay half way. This was a great find. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy. He enjoyed being able to roam the yard free, just as if he were at home.Communication with the host was excellent and he was available for any questions we had.The two main rooms in the apartment were spacious and it was nice having tv's in both. “We were in East Aurora for just 2 days, so we were looking for a nice place to stay that was reasonably priced. This property fit perfectly. We stayed in room C, which definitely has a great "man cave" feel. Great, comfortable couch and beds. It also has an amazing sun room with a dark rustic feel. Host was very nice and responded to questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property!”

“Maria was wonderful, I had a very late check-in and she was so accommodating, at the last minute I realized I did not get the code for the door and she immediately responded to me at 10:30 PM. It made for a very smooth check-in for me and my furry friend.”

“This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots.”

“The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning.The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!”
