A combined 18’ by 27’ garage space with a living area, bathroom, and bedroom area with a sliding portion wall to separate from main area. Sleeping capacity is four (4) persons. Suite 1 and Suite 2 can be joined together by opening a 12’ by 10’ overhead door so a larger group can all be together. Check out the Suite 1 listing also for availability. The space The space includes microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, deep fryer, gas grill, pizza oven, stainless steel sink, cleaning boards, table and chairs, two (2) reclining love seats, and tv. Sleeping area has four (4 single beds) with a 3/4 bathroom with a 4’ shower.
