Staff were friendly and we had shops and restaurants closer to the hotel

Our host was exemplary in showing us the local area. We had a deeply moving experience at both Kataragama and Tissamaharama. Pradath is an excellent resource for All things Sri Lanka. The accommodations are first rate. Big comfortable bed. Modern shower and tub. A/C and Wi-fi work great. Excellent meals prepared. It is the perfect spot to retreat in the evening. We heartily recommend it and will hopefully return.

The place itself is nice, the swimming pool is unique in its surroundings. The staff members are very nice and courteous. The biggest downside is the level of maintenance of the rooms (all parts, icluding the bathroom and the toilet) which should improve.

Had a nice stay at the hotel with my wife and daughter, staff are so friendly, room and common spaces are very clean. As for the food & beverages, it can be better, it is below average. The pool with a swim up bar is for adults only, which make it difficult to spend time with your kid while enjoying a drink. Overall, it was a good experience.
