"This was a very nice space. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. The room was however, very warm so we had to open the window the tiny amount that it opens. Unfortunately, the street below is very busy and loud. This noise made it difficult for me to get any rest. "

There is no kettle in your room but you are offered freshly made tea / coffee and have your choice of early morning drink delivered to your room half an hour before breakfast- a perfect start to the day. "Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! AWFUL SERVICE. I booked this property for me and my friends and the booking was cancelled LESS THAN TWO DAYS BEFORE. I was promised and refund and have been chasing this for the last month and the property is completely UNCONTACTABLE! Hotels.com have not refunded me nor will they unless the property replies! Hotels.com has now given up and I have lost over £400! DO NOT BOOK HERE!"
