"This is a must place to visit/stay when you are around Osaka. 2 hr drive from Osaka but definitely worth the trip! Superb staff and management! Super clean and comfortable in every sense! Includes private dining for both breakfast and dinner. Dinner is served as multi-course meal - which was AWESOME! Private natural hot springs bath overlooking the ocean (ocean is literally few steps from the room). Great golf courses nearby as well. You will be glad you had a chance to stay here!"

"We booked a room with open air bath. When checked in at the hotel the staff told us that the open air bath is not hot spring but regular bath water. We needed to do an upgrade if we need to do hot spring in our room. Apparently the information on the website was misleading. The reception areas were nice and the public hot spring sites have very nice views. However, the hotel rooms need renovation. The bathing areas inside our room were molded for 1/3 of the areas from the floor. We ended up not...
