"Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel "W3 Apartments" in Bad Oeynhausen war wunderbar.
Das Hotel war ruhig, schön und ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

"Das Personal (Rezeption) war sehr unfreundlich. Es war nicht genug Platz beim Frühstück und man sollte doch auf der Terrasse frühstücken, mach wir gerne, wenn die Temperaturen mitspielen. Zum Frühstück selber, lauwarmer abgestandener Kaffee, Aufbackbrötchen gingen garnicht. Ein Hotel, das auch noch auf sein Fitnessstudio hinweist, sollte auch ein Frühstück in diese Richtung anbieten . Kritik vor Ort prallte am Personal leider total ab. Diese Unterkunft sieht uns nicht ein zweites Mal."
"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"

"We love the location of this hotel, in the center of Bielefeld and you can walk everywhere, perfect.
Plumbing could be worked on, smells a little, needs the be cleaned and renewed, but other than that great hotel, location, nice staff"
"While I realize the property is still under restoration, it would have been best to put effort into getting the lift functional (I have mobility issues and stairs are a difficult task).
Staff was amazing to non-German speaking guests. 😃"
"Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel

"The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options."
"Walk to train station and a cafe in station for quick breakfast. Not a congested area. Staff were lovely. Appreciated that signs were in English as well. Location is not a congested area. Parking was convenient Room was attractive and sufficient in size. Sitting loung in reception area. Supermarket was walking distance. "
