“I was supposed to receive an email ahead of time with the access code but didn’t receive it. However I messaged the property and the lady opened the gate for me and gave me the keys. ”

“For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. ”

“Either this property does not exist and is a scam, or impossibly difficult to find. At 10 pm at night after our flight arrived into Nadi we drove around the area in a taxi for 30 mins around the street advertised (Transville St Nadi) knocked on doors, fended off dogs, asked locals where the place was and no one knew. The taxi driver had never heard of the place. My wife is suffering from Huntingtons disease and my 11 year old on his first overseas trip was in tears. Exhausted and stressed, we……
