The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Šilo. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The House is located in Šilo and is 400 m from the sea and the town center.

It consists of two apartments, on the first floor and on the ground floor, which are rented together.



Each apartment has a separate entrance.

Air conditioning is included in the price and parking is in the yard in front of the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Abgesehen von den Mängeln in der Küche hat mir die Wohnung gut gefallen. Sehr gut ist, dass es eine Klimaanlage, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine gab.
