"Nice clean room. Excellent hotel with nice breakfast, and the horizon club was great for tea time and happy hour. The pool and slide is great for kids and adults both, and although the weather wasn’t great, we still got to use it. Hotel is in a great location, close to the night market. Staff was very helpful. "Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You must check out the pool during your stay. The hotel is walking distance to the night bazaar, 7/11, and many other convenient things to check out. I loved this place and everyone made my vacation much more enjoyable. I'll be back. Awesome job Empress Premier!"
