Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!"

The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. "Conveniently located near Sapa Station about a minute walk away. Is also nearby to lots of shops and eateries. Has a cozy lounge/dinning reception area. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Selena, she helps with arranging our day trip and kept checking in on my family. It makes our stay warm and pleasant."
