Needs major upgrades, sink was clogged, AC now working. My parents suit wasn’t cleaned properly

Crowded/busy and average quality dining/drinks, but completely acceptable. but not that extra level of special or fancy.

The spa was fantastic. Trees everywhere and the cats. Lots of cats 😀

Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." They were the ones who truly made this vacation special for us: Mr. Ali, Mr. Anıl, Mr. Melih, Mr. Berzah, Mr. Cebrail, Ms. Nisa, Ms. Bilge, Ms. Rimma, and Mr. Samet. And finally, a special mention goes to Mr. Alper, who handled our airport transfer with such great care. Each and every one of them is a valuable, highly respectful, and genuinely kind-hearted individual. We are so grateful for their presence and so glad to have met them. Endless thanks to everyone on the team for everything!
