“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

“Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing!……

“We enjoyed staying in this villa. It’s perfect for families with small kids, clean and well-equipped. The garden offers full privacy with many places to rest, a small playground for kids and of course a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and child-friendly. Grocery stores are nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion would be installing air condition or fans in the two bedrooms that do not have them (living room and master bedroom have air condition).”

“Simplemente queríamos disfrutar de un fin de semana juntos, y fue genial. Veníamos de distintos sitios, varias parejas, hijos adultos... La casa tiene una estructura ideal para eso, ya que dispone de 6 habitaciones dobles muy amplias, cada una con su propio baño y hasta con su llave. Luego tiene amplias zonas comunes en las que los 11 que íbamos pudimos ver juntos una película (en un salón) o jugar todos a un juego de mesa (en el comedor). Hay mesas y sillas tanto dentro como fuera, lo que nos……
