Great room, great breakfast and staff. The check-in procedure was odd, as there's no office onsite nor is the hotel name on the building. You'll need to make appointment to meet with the hotel owner for him to give you your key and code.

So, I must say I loved staying there. BUT, it’s old. Our room was clean and quiet. Tub dripped a bit which I didn’t care about. Window to didn’t shut quite right. The parking lot was nearly unusable cuz they chose not to deal with the massive snow, but they directed me to a lot across the street ...

Really enjoyed staying here in the past, however the last 2 stays I was unable to contact the hotel for a ride from the airport. Had to get an Uber both times. That can add up in Juneau even though it is a short distance.
