The Dadés Valley east of Marrakech features incredible gorges and smooth roads with hair pin turns like this one on Route 704. Simply magic place. Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou
The ksar, a group of earthen buildings surrounded by high walls, is a traditional pre-Saharan habitat. The houses crowd together within the defensive walls, which are reinforced by corner towers. Ait-Ben-Haddou, in Ouarzazate province, is a striking example of the architecture of southern Morocco. In this place, also known as Hollywood of Morocco, were recorded numerous films such as: Gladiator, Queen of the desert, Asterix, The game of trones.

We quietly began our trek to our desert camp.
All that could be heard was the sand swishing as the camels took a step.

Our caravan of 9 led by our 2 amazing camel men, continued to the desert, where sunset was waiting for us.

Absolutely breathtaking.
