Spacious, close to the center and family friendly apartment in Dresden!

Fully equipped 3-room apartment with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a very large living room with 2 more beds on the sofa. For our smallest guests there is a cot and a highchair ready. The cot can be placed in both bedrooms.

The apartment is located in the district of Cotta, with direct transport links to the city center. You drive 12 minutes by tram to the castle, the kennel and the Frauenkirche. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. By car, the apartment is only 7 minutes from the motorway exit Altstadt and Neustadt. Thus, the ideal starting point to explore Dresden and Saxony.

Shops for groceries (Lidl, Aldi and Edeka) are within walking distance and to the bakery is only 50 meters. To a large organic farm "Vorwerk Podemus" one drives by car only 10 minutes.
If the kids are not tired of the city stroll, they can let off steam on the trampoline. A sandbox and swings are also willing to share.
The city of Dresden charges a tourist tax of € 6.00 per night regardless of the number of people in the apartment.

Great Hosts
This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location.

This property has been truly one of the best we have ever stayed in and we travel (with kids) a lot. The hosts are simply incredible and they made our stay unforgettable. A very comfortable place to stay
The apartment is very spacious and surprisingly well equipped with all the kitchen appliances one may need. We travelled with adults but it is suitable for families with children as well. It's not within a walking distance to the sights but as every German city, Dresden has very good public transportion so it's not that inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Die Wohnung und auch die Gastgeber sind großartig. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für paar Tage braucht und genügend Platz für bis zu 6 Menschen. In der City ist man super schnell und auch die Rinne, ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar wenn msn nicht gegen einen etwas längeren Spaziergang hat… Würden wieder kommen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben sehr schön und Zentral gelegen. Wir wurden von Frau Zenker sehr nett und freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns auch Tips gegeben, wo wir gut essen und einkaufen können. In der Nähe befindet sich die Dresdner Altstadt und die Moritsburg. Leider war die Zeit zu kurz um weitere Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Gerne kommen wir wieder und holen das nach.

Superschöne Wohnung für Dresdenaufenthalt
Wir hatten ein supertolles Wochenende hier in Dresden. Wir wurden hier supernett empfangen. Kleinere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch Geschirr war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. In der Küche ist eine Mikrowelle, ein E-Herd,eine Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Desweiteren waren auch genügend Spiele und Bücher vorhanden. Im Garten finden Kinder ebenfalls genug Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Toben. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder selbst buchen.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Betreuung
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben von hier aus Tagesausflüge in Dresden gemacht, was mit der nahen Straßenbahnhaltestelle gut klappte. Man geht etwa 100m zur Straßenbahn, Bäcker, Lidl und Edeka sind in der Nähe, so dass man alles zu Fuß besorgen kann. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin, die uns mit guten Tipps zu Nahverkehr und Zielen versorgte. Vielen Dank! Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und wirklich voll ausgestattet. In der Küche vermisst man nichts, viel Geschirr und Nützliches. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kommt gut angebunden mit der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum. Die Gastgeberin war sofort erreichbar und stand einem mit gutem Rat zur Seite. Wir würden hier immer wieder gerne übernachten.

sehr schöne FeWo in guter Lage in Dresden
Wir fanden eine sehr gut ausgestatte, saubere Ferienwohnung vor mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Dresden Cotta. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke und Strassenbahn ebenso. Die FeWo ist sehr gross und absolut perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr wie Brotbackautomat usw. Sehr gute Betten mit Verstellmöglichkeit! Kann man nur wämstens empfehlen !!!

Rund um zufrieden. Bei der Sauberkeit nur kleine Abstriche. Ruhige Lage, kurze Wege zu den Haltestellen und schnell in der Innenstadt. Zum Einkaufen braucht man nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und eine super Gaststätte um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist die Freundlichkeit in Person!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir, als 5 köpfige Familie, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Aufgrund der super Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn, direkt vor der Haustür, könnten wir unser Auto den gesamten Urlaub stehen lassen. Auch Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Lage mit Kind und Kegel
Es war ein sehr schöner, herzlicher und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt! Dank des Nahverkehrs quasi vor der Tür ist man auch schnell überall und kann in der Ferienwohnung die Ruhe genießen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, gemütlich und wir haben uns alle 5 (von 6 bis 43 Jahren) sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung sehr gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, so dass fast alles mit der Straßenbahn erreicht werden konnte. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Also alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Dresden
Wir wurden freundlich von Frau Zenker empfangen und erhielten viele Tipps und Infomaterial. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig. Gleich um die Ecke fährt die Straßenbahn ab, etwas weiter auch Bus und S-Bahn. Bäcker und Lidl sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, geht auf die Wünsche der Urlauber ein. Der ÖPNV ist auf kurzen Weg zu erreichen und bis ins Zentrum von Dresden braucht man ca. 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Wir können die Wohnugn sehr empfehlen!
