We had to get in touch with the host as directions and entry details did not come through . There was a large crack in the bathroom sink and the carpet by the bathroom door was very wet . Barring these comments a good apartment.

Beautiful upgraded room with wrap around balcony. Staff was amazing, although they seemed to be short staffed much of the time. The Victoria Hotel Dunedin
Comfortable stay for one night. Beds were good. We can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there. Staff were friendly. Central location. Short flat walk to two large supermarkets and the historic railway station. Parking was easy on site, although the hotel charges NZ $20 per night.

Nice vintage-style room. We rushed to arrive by 7pm, as the office closed at 7. We arrived at 6:50 only to find the closed sign. Had to hit the emergency button.
