“Didn't use the laundry service. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed. The rooms were clean, but we needed more bedding -- not enough pillow cases and extra comforter in the closet looked like it had something spilled on it - large sticky spots. I know air conditioning may not be typical in Colorado, but it was acutally quite hot when we were there and air conditioning would have been appreciated. The box fans did help some. “This place was excellent! Two of us stayed here and had an awesome time. The location is super convenient to Lift 7, the walking path along the river and everything else in Telluride. The unit was clean and updated. The perfect space for 2-3 adults. The hot tub was also very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!”

“Room was clean and comfortable but very small and missing basic amenities - soap, coffee starter kit, etc. The latter didn't matter as the coffee maker didn't work, neither did the dehumidifiers. This is a hotel room, but we hadn't appreciated that there would be no maid service as it is booked privately. If we went again, we would fork out the extra to book a larger room directly with the hotel. ”
