Leider wurde auch auf unsere Nachricht dass wir nach 19 uhr kommen nicht geantwortet. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir vor 21 Uhr gekommen sind, denn danach wäre kein Mitarbeiter mehr vor Ort gewesen. Wir würden hier leider nicht nochmal schlafen und können es leider nicht mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. To my surprise we also received a public transport card for free which enabled us to use all public transport with Düsseldorf. Hotel was clean and convenient, large room and bathroom, only downside was that it is a little dated. The reception area and the room are in need of a renovation.
