“Room was small, very basic, looked out brick wall of next door building. Bed linen felt very clean and crisp, floor was very clean too. Had small refrigerator with Free bottled water. There was a kettle but no tea bags or coffee packet. Toilet and shower had no physical separation so floor got wet after shower. Water pressure great. Location near Hanoi village. No 24 hr desk staff. Breakfast was as just watery burnt rice porridge and cereal flakes with milk. No free coffee or tea.”
