It looked like someone spit on the walls, there appeared to be black mold in the AC unit, the vent in the RR was filled with black gunk, there was almost no water pressure but the tub backed up even with the slow shower, there was a dead roach by the bed, cracks on the corner molding and loud neighboring rooms that partied all night.
