“Enjoyed the setting, which feels remote but is just a short drive from the main business center of Vashon. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. There is a 3-5 minute walk from the road where you park, so pack light. The walk is mostly on pavement, but to enter yurt you’ll take a few steps on the forest floor and up about the height of one stair to a wood platform. “This is a lovely hilltop spot with a great view of the water. The skyscape makes it all worth it. The place is a tiny home, so be prepared. It's not necessarily for those needing to move around in the shower or bathroom. The beds are really comfy, and the loft is nice. Plenty of headroom. The only trick is getting down the ladder :). The hosts were gracious and communicative. Appreciate the coffee available as well. A must stay, if you don't mind tiny.”

“The house is very roomy and quite comfortable. It sits very close to the water and has considerable deck space to sit outside. Our stay was brief, but we would definitely enjoy this spot for a longer stay in the future. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Chelsea is a responsive host.”

“The most perfect paradise for glamping on Bainbridge Island. From the functional but lovely outdoor toilette and shower to the friendly goats, peacocks, and umbrella of trees and other flora to the heated pool, comfortable teepee sleeping under the stars, this property was heaven. We would highly recommend, owner was a great resource and super welcoming. I've never staged anywhere this magical. We will never forget this getaway from our busy lives. “Thoughtful touches allow you to enjoy this home, inside and out. Loved the pieces of art, read one of the owners books, enjoyed the lake. If you bring your pups, know that the location isn’t great for walks, but the enclosed yard and lake make up for that. Helpful hint, bring water shoes for the lake. ”
