“Nice place, and very walkable. Funky AC unit fit into and stuck out the window so the shade next o the bed would not close making more challenging to sleep. Building had a unusual layout where the 3rd floor could only be reached by the elevator on the North side of the property. A bit pricey for the area, although it is a good option if you want a full kitchen and quick access to a washer a dryer.”

“A hidden gem. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a view of the water from the large kitchen window and seating area that a poet could visit with for days and still not capture all the beauty of. The host is there when you need her, is friendly and kind and otherwise lets you feel as if you’re on your own. Everything I needed was supplied, refreshed without asking during my stay. She also left fresh flowers a couple of times on the back porch table, they smelled amazing in the vases offered……

“Trail of ants in the living room and kitchen. Dryer wasn't working properly. Grass hadn't been mowed in months and was at least a foot tall. Compared to neighboring waterfront properties, this place looks like it hasn't been tended to and not lived in. And the HVAC unit was on the fritz our entire stay. “People have reviewed this place harshly. I dont know why. It's everything you need. The sofa bed wasn't great but the queen bed was comfortable and had great pillows. Good climate control. Amazing shower head. Good, drinkable water at the tap. Well set up kitchen. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. And a great location. Biscuit Restaurant is across the street for an amazing breakfast. Even though they live in the home above, the space felt very private. Deer visited to eat the blackberries that boarder the yard and ferries passed (beautiful anytime but especially in the evening).
