“This property is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, or extended families. There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Lots to do inside (game room) and outside (pool, hot tub, lake).”

“Rented this lakefront property from July 1 - July 5. Good: owner rented for less than a week at a reasonable price / Lake view / dock / kayaks & canoe / relatively flat lot / plenty of parking / propane in bottle for grill. Bad: front porch handrails rotted and loose / mouse droppings on counter, in cabinets, and on top of two beds / not very clean inside / outside grill / side deck not usable (rotted and mildewed) / wood walkway to lake had screws sticking out (pointed end) / ladder on dock……

“The house was perfect for our family group. The huge kitchen table was amazing, we made good use of the grill, and the screened-in porch was a big hit with everyone. Loved the layout of the bedroom suites, made it easy to have privacy when you wanted it. Everything was clean, roomy, and comfortable!”

“Had an amazing stay at Marc’s lake house on Lake Gaston. The home is even more beautiful in person and was extremely clean. We loved the amount of linens that were provided (including beach towels) and how stocked the kitchen was. Anything you could think of, Marc has you covered! The outdoor spaces were our favorite parts as there was enough seating for all of our guests, plus there were so many things to keep us busy! We also loved the downstairs bar/hangout area that led right out to the hot……

“We had a great family weekend relaxing and unplugging at the Lake! We loved the big dock and expansive deck and spent most of our time there. We enjoyed the sandwich shop down the road and the cute little local ice cream spot after dinner! The house was spacious, but the living room furniture definitely needs to be replaced and the bedroom linens and pillows need to be replaced. The family time and enjoying the lake are memories we made this weekend that we’ll talk about for years to come!”
