"We showed up late, the woman in the front took lots of time to show us around and the “ we will treat you like family “ style honor bar. The room and view blew us away, Ocean views, vineyard views, on and on. They had a very fine breakfast and in the evening they had outstanding sweets laid out. My wife is going in for brain surgery in two weeks. They showed her the loving care she needed, so much so we could not help but cry. They had no idea what we are going through.
