“Super flat in a lovely, perfect location for town amenities and for dogs. Flat was very well equipped with modcons including Wifi and Netflix. For some reason I could not get free view on the TV so in between Netflix films I was watching NBNews and AfricanNews! Really recommend this property for a holiday in Edzell.”

“Wow! The photos don't do the place justice, its amazing! The communication and access are easy, on arrival a lady showed me the place, there's a set of 4 or 5 together which are seperate from the tourers etc. Theres nothing you don't need inside, shower, toilet, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all top branded quality stuff. The units are very new and modern and have been decorated to the highest standard. The views are to die for and its a few minutes drive into Forfar. Cant wait to use……

“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

“The house is absolutely gorgeous! Maintained to a very high standard. Gorgeous bedrooms and a beautiful lounge area which was ideal for our trip. Our gran is approaching 90 and we wanted to spend time with her somewhere relaxing and nice. This was perfect! The views are spectacular! The house has everything you may need and the hosts have thought of everything. Hosts were in contact if we needed them and are very accommodating and friendly. “The booking process was awful 3 websites and 1.5 hours on the phone to get our payment accepted. However, once in Edzell, we were more than happy with the welcome and friendliness shown by Alan. The house was exactly as stated. It suited us perfectly; was comfortable, spacious in bedroom and sitting room; lovely bathroom etc We would certainly recommend it. The local area was also beautiful and wonderful for cycling.”

“The property was perfect for a base close to family that we were visiting. It was very warm and comfortable. The only comment that we would have was that the fixtures and fittings were a bit tired, they did work just fine though. All in all a very nice place to return to after a busy day.”

“Good communication with John and easy check in on arrival. Unfortunately, we caught the tail end of a raging storm so weather didn’t allow us to use the patio and massive grassed garden as much as we would have liked but family still enjoyed break here very much. Tremendous heat from the Aga was a wee bit overwhelming but at least it allowed us to dry our hot tub towels very easily! Would return here again.”
