"My group was very nicely welcomed by the Hotel staff. The room service, restaurant, and club waiters are kind and professional. The spa was also good. It is a short distance from the Great Pyramids, and the concierge assisted us in going there safely. All the people we interacted with in the Hotel were kind and served us promptly. I want to mention: Mahmoud, Amal, and Ragab at the restaurant for their outstanding service. The cost was worth booking rooms facing the Pyramids. Very good experience in general at Mena House Hotel in Giza."

"This hotel was a 10/10 for me. i booked for my partners 30th birthday as a present and it completely met my expectations. All staff are welcoming and friendly at the resort, from reception, cleaning staff, hospitality, animation team, security etc. they try and help you with any queries you may have from the moment you check-in. this hotel also has its own private beach and a huge central pool which runs down the centre of the resort, with a swim up bar and different areas of depths depending on your preference. The beach is decked with complimentary sunbeds / umbrellas with toilets nearby. we never struggled to get a sunbed, you dont have to put yout towel out early and have a variety of options to sit by the pool. there are also a few outdoor bars which serve food and drink in close proximity to both the pool and beach front. The rooms are also incredibly spacious, i booked a standard room and you can see from the image below how large the bed is + all the additional floor space. the buffet restaurant also swaps up a theme each night (Egyptian, Italian etc) so theres loads of variety + 4 al a carte restaurants to choose from. the hotel itself is further away from any amenities, its 30mins from Hurghada centre but the hotel does run evening shuttles for a marginal price (7 euros approx). they also run their own excursions from the lobby "

"We are a family of 5, I have 3 daughters and I really liked that they had a huge kids pool with a slide and all. Also the mini zoo they have is great for the kids! Will definitely come back with the family! "

"As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here).
