Hotel zum Schwan

7.6 out of 10, Good, (35)
"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"

"Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 15 bis 20 min Fußweg vom Phantasialand entfernt und ist aufgrund des freundlichen Personals und der wirklich schönen Zimmer eine echte Alternative zu den Phantasialand-Hotels. Absolut empfehlenswert."

Frequently asked questions

What is the nightly rate for a Bed and Breakfast in Eifel?
Prices for B&Bs in Eifel often vary, but you can find a great deal from $104 with Expedia. All sorts of factors affect price, such as location and the time of year. It usually costs more to stay at Eifel B&Bs over the weekend too. Travelers can find the best deals by being flexible with their dates, and by using our filters to sort prices from low to high.
When is the best time to book a Bed & Breakfast in Eifel?
The best time to book a B&B in the Eifel region is during the spring and early summer months, particularly from May to June. This enchanting period showcases the Eifel's vibrant landscapes as wildflowers bloom and the weather warms up, making it an ideal time for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the numerous hiking and cycling trails. With temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to low 70s Fahrenheit, visitors can enjoy pleasant days superb for sightseeing and immersing themselves in the area's natural beauty.

As May transitions into June, you'll find a delightful atmosphere with fewer crowds compared to the peak season that follows in July and August. This is when families and tourists flock to the region, drawn by summer festivals, nature walks, and the stunning scenery of the Eifel National Park. The region's charming towns, like Monschau and Bad Münstereifel, come alive with local markets and cultural events during this bustling time.

For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, consider visiting in November. While this month may be quieter, it offers great experiences, such as the peacefulness of autumn landscapes and the chance to enjoy cozy evenings in a charming B&B. The region's historical sites, castles, and culinary delights can be explored without the hustle and bustle of peak season.
What is the difference between a Eifel Bed & Breakfast and a hotel?
Every Eifel B&B has its own unique feel. Whether it's a cozy reading space or a sunlit breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the quaint details are what make bed and breakfasts a home away from home. Travelers can look forward to personal touches, thoughtful amenities and of course a scrumptious breakfast at Eifel B&Bs.
