“Een fijn verblijf gehad. Aankomst was een beetje onpersoonlijk, er was niemand en de sleutel kregen we via een kluisje. Ontbijt was zéér netjes voor wat we betaalden. Mooie omgeving en wandelroutes te doen vanuit het hotel. Zwembad staat leeg, sauna bestaat uit 1 klein hokje en kost € 6 Euro.”

“De kamer was proper en personeel vriendelijk. Alleen hadden wij geboekt met ontbijt, maar tijdens de wintermaanden is dit mogelijk. Sluiting restaurant. Kregen we pas te horen bij aankonst. Voor de rest alles in orde.”

“I only booked a small single room and it was but it did everything I needed. There were working radiators and a good shower. No restaurant as it was a rest day but it didn’t present any problems.”

“Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.”

“Excellent accomodation and great value for money. One opportunity for improvement would be to make sure that the payment terms are clear from the start. Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?”
