Bien pero un poco descuidado

Did had a wander full time there , been on Sandy Beach at every resort, but Penasco del Sol is different, clean , amazing staff, from front Deac to restaurant, pool bar etc . Next week we are going back to repeat all the fun.

The second day, very early in the morning of our stay, the water shut off out of nowhere in our room. We waited a couple hours until we had asked the front desk why our water was out and they had said that there was a pipe that burst and they were fixing it right away. That the whole department didn’t have water. Hours passed and still we had no water, we went to go ask the front again and they were no help just telling us lies that they will fix it soon. The cleaning ladies were the only ones telling us the truth that other rooms did have water but not our building. We asked for them to switch us room and they never did and just kept saying that all the rooms were full when they clearly weren’t. We stayed without water for over 30 hours without showering, and having to drag without using the bathroom. We had to go shower the best we could outside where you rinse your feet after the beach. Finally after almost 40 hours of our stay they finally moved us HOTELS. They moved us 5 minutes down the road to a different hotel that I assume was also owned by them. We had to pack up all of our things very quickly and put them in our car and drive down there. Definitely was one of the worst experiences i’ve had and ruined our vacation!
