The room was pretty nice. Everything worked, including the sizeable that had Netflix and Prime. Shower was fully stocked with nice shampoos and toiletries. Only thing which was a little weird was there felt like, beyond the restaurant, there wasn’t anybody on staff at the hotel, but, to be fair, I stayed over Christmas, so it might be a little busier at other times. All in all, a great choice!

Staff and management were amazing! Very accommodating and they communicate and respond back conveniently. Directions were clear and precise on check in and check out. The unit itself was really spacious for the 5 of us! I would highly recommend booking with this team!

We stayed in the Ricardo Suite and it was absolutely fabulous! It was a beautiful combination modern, clean amenities and authentic vintage decorations and style. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We were only in town for one night, but will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Palm Springsq
