" Non-pretentious and friendly staff. If you’re looking for an average hotel that doesn’t cost 300+ a night, I would recommend this one. Close to Cabela’s, easy parking, decent pool and hot tub. Standard continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

"Room didn't have fridge, microwave, hair dryer- none of the usual amenities, no coffee. BUT it was generally quiet except for the folks pounding something above our room. It was conveniently located to businesses, gas station, and restaurants."
"Great stay. The only issue was the first person st the desk at check-in told us we thr parking was a private lot and he didnt deal with that so we went outside and scanned the qr code in the lot and were charged $15 plus tax and it expired at 4:55am. Then we found out we were supposed to pay $25 with the hotel and it would cover until check out. The next person we talked to took care of it and made up for the money we lost. The hotel was super close to Target Field and the Orpheum Theatre. The hotel was very clean and there was a bar and restaurant downstairs we didnt use. There was a convenience "store" with food and drink items in the lobby also. The room was nice and upgraded with a fancy smart mirror in the batheoom. Very spacious. Comfy bed and pillows. It was nice and quiet until about 7am when we could hear the classical music that plays all day long from one of the nearby buildings. I will definitely stay here again. "
"The continental breakfast is absolutely lovely and option change each day. Staff is attentive and helpful very pleasant. Rooms are great size and very comfortable. Amenities are excellent. It’s close by plenty food and shopping choices. I love this hotel. "
"Perfect place to stay for a twins game, just a walk across the street, parking is included.Very clean and comfortable stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."
"Best bang for your buck when visiting university of Minnesota. Stadium and all buildings close and walkable. Parking is free. Breakfast could be better but for free coffe and toast its fine.

Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Minneapolis Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"We chose this property due to its proximity to the Orpheum Theatre. It was easy to walk to restaurants and stores, was well-lit and safe when walking back to the hotel after the show. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good condition. On-site parking was convenient."
"The breakfast situation was very strang. Wouldn’t recommend for a family stay. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the seating area outside was fun. "
"It was a great & comfortable place for travelers visiting the convention center. It was walkable to places like Target, large indoor mall, & food vendors along the way to the CC. My only complaint was how long it took for us to check in. It was well into late afternoon b4 we got our room."
"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! We felt safe, it was immaculate! Our room was nice and cool when we got there. It was set up nicely and was exactly what we needed. The staff are wonderful from the front desk to the staff of the Caribou store. We had a remote that wasn’t working, so I called about it. They sent someone up within 15 minutes and replaced the remote. The architecture of the inside blew me away!! After you check in you walk into the common area and the ceiling rises to the top of the building!! You could see the walkway of every floor. There are 4 elevators 2 for each side and while riding them the back of the elevator is a glass window to see all around you. I will definitely stay there again when we are in town. "
