"This hotel deserves its excellent rating. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. The bed and bedding are luxurious. Breakfast is quite good. The Carlton is in an excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."
"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
