It's central location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the water park and mini-golf. A few short steps up to #B203 and you enter this charming 3BR/ 2BA beachside condo that offers an ocean view from the living room and primary bedroom deck.

~1200 square feet of beachside living space in the popular Pebble Beach Community will not disappoint. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun beach vacation with family or friends.

The condo offers a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that features a beautiful custom tile walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hallway full bathroom. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the property. It is an open and airy condo with lots of natural light, a deck facing the ocean off the primary bedroom & living room as well as a shaded outdoor seating area off bedrooms 2 and 3.

No smoking of any kind. Extra cleaning fees apply.
