"We arrived to the villa at an ungodly hour after a delayed flight and almost couldn't get in because the door was so stiff but the security guard helped us (tip- pull the door towards you while turning the (key!) "It has served the purpose but the country economic crisis and poor grid has taken a toll on us Sousse had no water every night from 8 pm till 5 am and occasionally electricity was cut off because of scorching heat and excessive usage of power left us in the waters of the ocean mist of the day. "This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. Nothing fancy but very clean. Housekeeping was fantastic. Entertainment crew was great- lots of activities and shows. Food was delicious, with lots of choices, every night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We like to tip often and they were very appreciative. Overall, we had a great time. "
