“I should have listened to the reviews. This wasn’t a luxury stay. It felt like a business model built around finding new ways to charge guests after booking. We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. “I had a great stay while in town for my dog's surgery at Ohio State. It was very close to the Vet Hospital that I had to make several trips to. Not a ton of grassy areas super close to walk the dog for bathroom breaks but good enough. The house was clean and had everything I needed in my home away from home. Tom was very responsive to requests - even though I had to reach out super late on the night of my arrival. Thanks, Tom. ”
