​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional and courteous, yet warm and friendly, always doing their best to ensure you feel completely at home. I will definitely be staying at the Aoyama Grand again on my next trip.

Clean room, easy access, good location for transport links, washing machine and kitchen

Very clean and stylish hotel. Accommodations like complimentary umbrellas, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, and bottled waters helped our stay in a foreign country. The staff were very professional and kind. Taking care of our luggage on checkout day also helped us enjoy one more day of travel.

The room and facilities were spotless and we especially appreciated having a washing machine in the room. The location was very convenient also.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was on a quiet street, but a quick walk to some amazing restaurants. The patio was also a nice treat in the evening! I can’t wait for my next stay.
